When Ned is locked in the cell, just have a jumbled dream of him close up to Lyanna telling her he promises. Don't necessarily have the battle or show the baby(s), but something that lets the audience know that Ned made a promise to a bloody, dying Lyanna.

And based on the spy footage of the ToJ scene, it looks like Reed sneaks up on Arthur Dayne and stabs him in the back. I don't think anyone could really beat Dayne in single combat.

I actually think the final battle with the white walkers with take place at dragon stone. I really hope this season we get to see the land of always winter.
