It's not twice as long as the Waif's. It's just hanging funny because, you know, her face has been "scalped". And it's not even remotely as long as Lady Crane's.
Just stop. Seriously.

It's not from the back of Lady Crane's scalp where her long hair is. Its from the shorter stuff up front. What the hell are you imagining here with the Waif's hair just kinda hanging there from the front and now it's somehow way longer even though her hair in the front isn't that long. If it was hanging that far down you'd see the skin it was attached to hanging off the side of the face. You don't.
That's because it's just hair and it's hanging from where it was on the head. And the Waif didnt have hair that long on her entire head. Period.
If I'm wrong then they went to a hell of a lot of trouble to set that up for some REALLY LAME payoff. The Waif is only really ever seen by Arya or Jaquen. Lady Crane dies when she's in the same house as Arya but coincidentally Arya goes blackout and TADA! the Waif shows up and kills her.
That whole race to the 'dark place' where the last vestige of Arya, (Needle) is and suddenly Arya is running and jumping like a parkour master with a bunch of perforated guts isn't suspect at all obviously. That's just poor writing apparently. Because that's really been a hallmark of this show. The poor writing and lack of attention to detail.

How is Arya regaining her true identity a "really lame payoff"? It's not. It's as simple as Jaqen had to send the Waif to kill her because of the rules of the House and Many Faced God but he still has quite the attachment to her because of their journey together (D&D said as much in the after show). They also clearly talked about her killing the Waif.
It's the Waif. It looks like the Waif. Let it go. Stop trying to make it more complicated than it is.

Arya getting stitched up by the actress has to be the most anti-climactic, sorry piece of writing the show has done.
It's up there with Dorne. So lame

You're so predictable Carson.

Back to that point...historically they are far from Targ loyalists. They saw the result of the last time targs came on dragons to westeros, I don't think they would be estatic to see it happen again

Ain't that right, sugar booger?

OK ya got me. I mean the ability to know where Arya was at all times, know when she's lying, etc. That's all just coincidences obviously. And the whole hair on the face that's too long to be from the waif is just some CGI mistake.
I concede sir. Your logic is unassailable.

So what was even the point of that arya arc in the show?
She gained Daredevil powers while she was blind.

What are you talking about? Just out of curiosity, go ahead and "pour the gas." I'd love to see this. I could probably count on two hands how many times I've posted on the poli board. And to think I'd have time to post on multiple accounts
No idea where this is coming from, but OK.

2:15 on Sunday isn't the time. I'll get a good night's sleep and then burn you tomorrow. The great part is that it doesn't matter if I give you two hours or two years. You can delete the text of posts but you can't delete the posts themselves. If you go altering posts, the times will be noted.
See you tomorrow.

Yeah the Blackfish was the only part I fricking hated. Arya was meh but the rest of the episode was solid as frick.

What does waif mean, was she ever called "the waif" in an episode or is it book only thing?
Posted on 6/13/16 at 5:47 am to Rickdaddy4188
Did anyone notice when Jamie was talking to Edmure about Cat/Cersei, in regards to the love of their children, when he said "she would burn entire cities to ash" to protect them? Get hype, WF coming to KL!

I assume this is the "rumor" that the little birds investigated also

Seems like Varys is going to try to find a navy. Iron Islands is my guess.

If/when Cersei burns it to the ground, I'm assuming she leaves KL right?
