No one knows. The closest I can remember is that scene from last season (or the one before?) where the baby from Craster's is brought in and made into a WW. There were a few in attendance there.

That's all we've seen, but apparently that assmonkey Craster had been sacrificing his newborn sons for a good while so it's possible there are quite a few more (no idea how long he had been sacrificing sons nor if he was the only one doing so, so any number more than what that one scene showed is strictly conjecture).
