Awesome dragon scene though.
it just symbolized that the dragons are growing. Dany's quest for Westeros is still far off, imo.

Yeah there's a lot of buildup. I don't find myself bored with don't often. I've been more bored with the Ramsey story than anything. I thought it was coming to an end but it's looking like him getting reek to act like theon, I think it's safe to say they extended that out to be a few more episodes (at minimum) before concluding the Ramsey saga.
Dany has some incredible buildup going on. This was the only episode where it was "meh" for me. Seeing a dragon wasn't enough for me to enjoy her scene. I feel like they could have completely left out that. All they did was show that she was a compassionate and respected queen... Something that does not need rehashing at this point.
Stanis kind of bores me really. The pirates, the God of light, etc. to answer your question, I believe that scene was to show that stanis got the loan and manpower from the pirates.
The show will follow Jamie to CR. unless he dies, he's to much of a developed/like able character to cut away too much from. Always gonna be a twist, though so he may be directed elsewhere. Like I said, unless he dies, he's not going anywhere.
So much buildup the past few episodes. I feel the past few episodes have been one big thing happening and everything else being buildup. It's adding up to show some epic shite but it's just taking a while to get there. Seems like the past seasons never had consecutive episodes that were slow. I'm looking at 3 right now. Not bad, just slow. Leaving a lot to be excited about. Just ready to get to some of it.

Yea shae sucks. I'm surprised she turned on him like that. Also surprised that Varys turned on Tyrion. I'm curious to see who Jamie will have to marry. I can't think of any eligible ladies other than Margary that we have met.

Me too. How boring would the Tyrion story be on the knights watch?

If Tyrion wins his trial by combat wouldn't that nullify the Tywin/Jaime deal?
Then Jaime could stay in Kings Landing longer.

Cersei would have had her killed otherwise and she's still pissed at Tyrion for dumping her.
Also, just figured I'd drop my weekly "Can Cersei just die already?"
