That would be a perfect ending to this season IMO

Blueboy has admitted in the past that he wikis a lot. He said he can't resist sometimes.
Not villefying him, just saying

I'm not reading. Carson go answer my question in middle ground thread.

I like the predictions but no way the PW happens that quickly

That would be awesome but I don't see half of that happening.

Does he not feel motivated to finish it? He's made millions, has millions of fans, his show is performing better than any HBO show currently on air/ratings have increased a lotttt as each season passes.
He should want to do the series justice and finish it within a reasonable timeframe. Yeah, he's only 64, but I'm afraid his weight is going to catch up to him regarding his health. But he's not in his 40s or even his 50s anymore.
My greatest fear is that GRMM has somehow hit wall on this story or has some kind of writer's block about it going on. I certainly hope not.
But I enjoyed seeing him on Conan. Looked like he was enjoying himself.
He did make a comment about having to "write faster" or the show would catch up with him. But it was hard to tell if he was just spouting talking points or was sincere. The one comment that I thought a bit interesting was when he said he "hopes" the book and show end the same way (or something like that).

it's very clear he's either a book reader or wiki's a lot
Someone had a screen shot of a post he made where he said he has the books. I don't know who had it though. He's also either lurking here or joxying (so he says in the Middle Ground Thread).
So hi blueboy

either way it just sucks for the non-readers and they don't even realize it

so i watched the episode sunday but my wife ("hodor"- Hodor) couldnt watch it til last night
i told her to avoid facebook at all costs, but she didnt
she knew something big went down but thought Jon Snow died because she was flipping channels and saw the scene of him fighting in the Gift.
So last night we watch the show together (my second time, her first time)
it. was. awesome.
she was almost in tears when it was over
she kept yelling at the Freys "Stop it, Stop it!"
then whenever they showed Cat, Robb, and Talia still moving after a cut shot to Arya, she said "Oh thank God, they're still alive. IT should be interesting to see how they get out of this"
i was smiling the whole time
a bonus is that when the Hound punched Arya, she did think he was about to kill her for a little while and she started freaking out until he saw him carrying her away from the Twins and she realized he was saving her
all and all, a very pleasing experience

Is GRRM's current definition of 'writing fast' like how he wrote the first 3 books fast (~2 years/book) or AFFC DWD 'fast' (~5-6 years/book)?
One can hope it'll be out in 2015.
Am I the only one who thinks he dies before he gets to the last book and has the last laugh on all of us?

I'm waiting for Sam to start writing a book in the beginning of Winds of Winter, but ending up dying by the end of it without finishing.

read that theory, and could see alot of it happening, except for the PW section. No way, that whole thing could fill an episode. 72 Course Meal mofo's!
I also could see them not introducing Coldhands (either next season or never). Which would mean that Bran doesn't cross the wall this season. I just know from the preview, that Sam gets back with the Rangers, and is looking down from what looks like the Wall. Added to "Knowing of the secret gate" from a book, gives me questions on seeing Coldhands, as well.

I don't think the PW is going to be next episode. Otherwise the episode would have to be 2 hours long to fit it in in all its glory.
