He definitely is someone I love to hate, and it sucks that they've handicapped the one thing he's so widely (and greatly) known for. I was thinking that they were gonna take one of his eyes. Would've been better IMO.

I'm trying to think of shocking endings....that went right to an upbeat song..
I think in Reservoir Dogs it was very effective. This ending just seemed like those B Movies from the 70s/80s where something awesome/shocking happens at the end....and then boom here goes this upbeat song.

I get that, but shouldn't you not be in here at all though? And I'm not saying that to be a dick, but this thread is specifically for people who don't read the books. Any and all readers should post in their designated threads. You discussing even just things we're talking about is what we don't want happening in this thread. So I'll ask you (nicely and respectfully) to please only post in the other threads...can you respect that (like some others have done)?
As for Arya, I find that I don't give a frick about her much at all anymore. It sucks, cuz she was one of my favorites from last season, and every scene with her and Tywin was awesome. But now they have her roaming in the forest forever, and they todd her into a show for like 4 minutes every other episode. Sucks. Hopefully she and the Hound can start becoming more interesting (a la her and Tywin). That would be cool.
Also, was glad to see no Bran or Rickon in this one...that storyline bores me to tears.
