I'm not going to make parenting decisions for someone else's kid. 8 year olds today can literally watch real videos of people getting their heads cut off on the internet in 10 seconds if they want to. You're not saving anyone, trust me.

It's the first episode. Like, I understand if it was the season or series finale, or even the epic episode 9.

You can wait a couple of hours to watch this one.

This. It won't kill you. And honestly, you deserve to be punished

You're like a caricature of a clueless high school kid.

I hope you get taken off the plane, when did common respect go the way of "ME ME ME?" I have all seasons of Battlestar Galactica and The West Wing on my laptop to watch when needed.

Yep, that's what I thought too. I imagined Clegane Bowl on a plane. Passengers getting hacked in two on wild misses. Samuel L. Jackson going, "What's in your wallet" to the Hound and the Mountain.

You really don't have any options, unless it premieres before you take off. Then you could buy the ep on Amazon, download it, and watch en route. Hope that helps.

There are sites that you can stream that aren't blocked by the SWA filters.

I had a women tap me on the should one flight and tell me i shouldn't be watching hellboy on my portable dvd, cause it was offending her. i apologized and turned the screen a little to the left to make it harder for her to see.

she said she could still see it, and I should turn it off.

I asked her why she was watching the screen if it bothered her so much, and she said it didn't matter why - I should just turn it off.

I told her with all due respect, the movie was not bad, and if it bothered her that much - she could read the book she had in her lap and not watch my screen.

that may make me an a-hole, and if so - I will own it.

i remember years ago, i rented Forgetting Sarah Marshall before a flight to watch it on my laptop. I had a seat on the aisle and within the first couple of minutes, there was Jason Segal on the screen full frontal. With the laptop screen being fairly big, I'm confident I was not the only person on that flight that saw it.
