Probably missing a few obvious ones right now but I'm surprised no one has mentioned The Other Guys. Possibly number one in my book. Im sure the style of humor is not for everyone but I couldn't tell you a single problem with it. As someone who is generally I laugh hysterically from beginning to end every time I watch it. It is truly a masterpiece of comedic cinema IMO.

The first time I watched Shallow Hal was probably the hardest I've ever laughed at a movie. I'd put Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail, and Joe Dirt as my top 2 though.
