If Oliver doesn’t try to overly ham it up and be a bit more subtle, then he could be a good choice. You just need a good director to reign Oliver in from going over the top.
The other two are disasters though that don’t have a chance. If you didn’t go with Nathan Lane and whoever played Pumba, I do think Louis CK and Patton Oswalt (who is actually a great voice actor) probably should have gotten the gig... but Seth Rogan as Pumba.

He was great as Dr. Xenon Bloom in Rick and Morty. Hopefully he plays it like that.

A good director could make him put forth a similar performance.
