How the hell did I miss this show? Its like a 2000's version of Andy Griffith. I'm not one for cheese-factor either. I'm in the last season - fourth episode - and even when they lost many of the main actors for the last season, its still good.

Connie Britton is something else. She would get it until the gettin' store was closed.

I love how the first time we meet Riggins he is waking up hung over as hell with a chick in his bed and he’s like a freshman lmao.

The true GOAT.

Julie Taylor is easily the worst character in any TV show ever. There's no way she's biologically related to her mom.

How easily those kids drank at restaurants and bars and had sex with like 30 year olds is nothing short of bizarre

Never got the obsession with Minka Kelly, and as an actress she is fricking terrible in Friday Night Lights.

I was buying Sterling "big-mouths" at Revco when I was 14 in 9th grade. Auburn. A both prideful and sad commentary. I turned out OK. My first restaurant drink was at my sister's pre-rehersal dinner at 15 - a screwdriver - and I actually ordered two with no ID check but ultimately got booted.

Getting back to Friday Night Lights... a great show.

This show was great at hitting all the right emotional notes. Few shows repeatedly hit you in the gut like this one. The highs and lows were incredible, and the relationships between the characters felt so genuine

When Matt loses it in the bathroom after his dad dies with Coach, I had the feels.
