When I left my screening of Suicide Squad last week, I was angry. I was annoyed and let down and frustrated as well, but mostly I was just angry.

I was angry because I couldn't stop thinking about you, Kevin Tsujihara.

And here we are. I got back from my screening and dusted this sucker off. You, your executive team, and the vision of your 'extraordinary storytellers' that resulted in the loss of around one thousand jobs seem intent on crashing the ship into as much shite as you can find in the ocean by making inane decisions over and over again.

You just don't get it. And it's not just DC movies, it's your whole slate. Jupiter Ascending. Get Hard. Hot Pursuit. Max. Vacation. Pan. Point Break. fricking PAN, you jerk. People lost their jobs and you decided Pan was a good idea. You think another Jungle Book is a good idea.

What are you even doing? I wish to God you were forced to live out of a car until you made a #1 movie of the year. Maybe Wonder Woman wouldn't be such a mess. Don't try to hide behind the great trailer. People inside are already confirming it's another mess. It is almost impressive how you keep rewarding the same producers and executives for making the same mistakes, over and over.

I love that studio, and you're allowing it to sink. It's not about making movies for 'the fans' and not 'the critics.' It's not even about 'ruining childhoods.' It's about protecting livelihoods.

She's hit and miss with her targets. The Hobbit movies made billions and did well with critics, fans, and got some Oscar noms.

It can't be worse than Suicide Squad. Plus, the bitch is really hot. I'll still go see it.

I remember thinking there's no way SS can be worse than BvS. I was wrong

Jupiter Ascending. Get Hard. Hot Pursuit

Jupiter assent is on an entirely different level of bizarre horribleness I've never seen its equal.

Get Hard was a dumb comedy. It was terrible, but studios make dumb comedies all the time. I don't think it's a bug budget thing to care about.

Vacation. Pan. Point Break.

Terrible.

All three movies capture the problem with today's film making. I don't know how to put my finger on it or describe it but there's just something missing.

There's no soul or effort or something to these remakes and reboots.

There's no Magic. No chemistry.

The original point break is straight up awesome and cheesy and great.

Maybe it's the 80s actors or the feel or I don't know. But these movies suck and they're nothing like the awesomeness of their original parts.

Anyone else feel like that? Or understand what I'm talking about?

Fury Road was fricking awesome. Possibly the best late coming addition to a franchise outside of Star Wars in a long time

For me it was. The last act almost had me walking out of the theater. That movie is a complete mess.

Calm down on the borderline spoilers for a movie that's barely been in theaters for a week and some of us are going to see this weekend.

I saw Suicide Squad with a friend of mine who is a DC fanboy, loved BvS and he hated Suicide Squad. (I hated both). I think I'm done with DC movies unless Nolan makes another Batman

No, BvS was way worse. This board just likes to overdramatize shite

I didn't think Point Break was that bad. I enjoyed it. It was different enough and I liked that.

I liked Mad Max okay. I am a huge Tom Hardy fan so of course I thought he was great. I'm sure it's a great movie, but I just don't like movies where all the action is kinda one-dimensional (in this case, all while driving). I know, "Fury Road" so it makes sense. It just gives me a headache after a while.

Affleck stand alone Batman should be great.

The studio needs to step the frick back, tap their animation department, who has made absolutely phenomenal DC movies, for script writing and ideas, and steer the ship in the right direction.

They cannot afford to double down on Snyder and the retard universe he's sculpting.

My friends who saw it and know me well said it's a fricking terrible movie that I'll probably end up liking despite its terribleness. I'm intrigued.

I question this person's motives since they are just attacking a former employer.

However, I don't think anyone would be surprised at this point if it turned out to be true.

And the shite storm continues...
