Any time I or others have come to the board looking for recommendations for a new show to watch, this one is always one of the top ones mentioned. People talk about it as one of the best shows they've ever seen. Unfortunately I've never seen it on a streaming service that I have until I noticed it yesterday. Last night I knocked out the pilot and am already hooked! Man what an opening episode to a series, it's already at a breakneck pace right out of the gates. Question for those that have seen it- how would you rank the seasons? I'm pretty sure I'm already strapped in for the long haul but am curious to see how you would rank them in order.

Been wanting to watch as well, but haven't found on a streaming service I have either.

I think it is one of the best story arc's in streaming - and few people have actually watched it. It helps if you grew up in the era of the USSR and Red Dawn type fears

Easily one of the most underrated shows of the last 20 years. Ryhs and Russell have such good chemistry, every scene they have together is amazing. No wonder they got married during production. The actress playing the daughter is the only weak link imo. But the storylines are always fantastic. Sadly, it's rare that a show this good sticks the landing, but The Americans did.

They're all great, but many say Season 5 is the weakest. Not because it's bad, but because it is not as tight and efficient as the others and there's a particular storyline that goes nowhere.
My #1 bar none. The fact that it gets my 80s Red Dawn loving, Commie hating heart to feel for the plight of KGB agents in the USA is a testament to great writing, directing and acting.
Season 6 is phenomenal and the series finale sticks the landing with a perfect 10. 11 minutes of some of the greatest tension you can have in a single scene and you will never hear U2's "With Or Without You" the same way again.
