Werewolf Bar Mitzvah is pretty great.
Werewolf Bar Mitzvah, spooky, scary,
Boys becoming men, men becoming wolves...

The Tonight Show theme has to be one of the more iconic themes for a TV show.

GoT floppy whiners from South Park. Well there's about 10 from south park that are great. Someone already mentioned Water Park. Also every song from "Christian Rock Hard". And I'm a little bit county 100 episode extravaganza

I need a Jew-Family Guy
Peter:
Nothing else has worked so far,
So I’ll wish upon a star,
Wondrous sparkling speck of light,
I need a Jew...
Lois makes me take the rap,
Because our checkbook looks like crap,
Since I can't give her a slap,
I need a Jew...
Where to find
A bum or stien or stein
To teach me how to whine
And do my taxes...
Though by many they're abhorred,
Hebrew people I’ve adored,
Even though they killed my lord,
I need a Jew!
Max:
Hi, my name's Max Weinstein,
my car just broke down,
can I use you phone?
Peter:
Now my troubles are all through
I have a Jew!
Max:
Hey!

Believe it or not, George isn't at home, please leave a message at the beep.
I must be out, or I'd pick up the phone. Where could I be?
Believe it or not, Im not home.

I have no idea if it was written specifically for This Week in Baseball, but I love that show's closing theme. The link is to the complete version.

That one was on the top 40 charts. The other top 40 that comes to mind is Hill Street Blues.
The theme from Foyle's war gets stuck in my head.
I'll go with Park Avenue Beat. Just sounds like the urban 1950s.
