Hands down, my favorite episode is the Product Recall episode. From Jim coming in as Dwight to Jim and Andy going to the high school (God beer me strength). Dwight's explanation of the watermark being pretty accurate to real life was also a highlight. What say you?

The one where Michael cooks his foot on the Forman grill. Tons of good moments for various characters in that one.

When Dwight sets the office on fire. Everybody rushing to get out was hilarious, as was the scene with the CPR dummy instructor

The Injury and Dinner Party for sheer hilarity.

Casino Night and The Dundies for good writing and heart.

The one where Jim and Pam go to the Schrute bed and breakfast/beet farm. Cousin Mose is funny as hell in this episode, especially when Dwight is reading to him at night.

Dundies (season 2)
Casino Night (season 2)
Beach Games (season 3)
The Return (season 3)

I liked the tension between Jim and Pam, I think everyone has experienced that in their life, the girl or guy you feel like you click with but just can't be. That tension made the show better, now that they're together the show is just kinda...boring? I don't know, I still watch it just hasn't been "right" since season 3.

Ok, so I just went through my DVR and the wedding might be the best episode since season 3. I don't like that it's their wedding but there are so many funny parts.

Pam asking Dwight to not eat his hard boiled egg at his desk and he does anyway, setting off a vomit chain.

Dwight's folder of Pam's possible relatives.

Oscar getting offended cause Pam's cousin thinks he's with Kevin. "You owe me an apology"

Pam's crazy grandmother.

Kevin's hairpiece and Kleenex box shoes.

"Trying to decide if I have time to pee."
"How long does it take to pee?"
"The peeing is fast Oscar, it's getting my tie back on."

Dwight's 3 wolf shirt.

Andy tearing his scrotum.

Dwight sleeping with and then blowing off one of Pam's bridesmaids.
"I'm ravenous after a night of love making".

Michael hooking up with Pam's mom.

Like everything except the actual wedding in that episode is hilarious.

the episode where jim and michael interview for jan's position

the series should have ended with jim asking pam out. her reaction was perfect, and the set-up was done well

that should have been it

I think the series should have ended with the episode of their wedding.

The dundies. hands down. I agree with many on this board that the series has not been the same since season 3. The dundies had that crude edge to it, and that was the episode that really confirmed that Pam was interested in Jim too.
The "humiliation" factor of the dundie award presentations was hilarious!

Dinner Party....everything from michael's sleeping area to his 17" plasma tv, charades, "snip snap snip snap", dwight arriving with his childhood baby sitter....perfect episode.

Phyllis's wedding was pretty good, too.
