Dammit! I was coming to post this.
Actually there were a few improvs of Ford in here. There's a quip he makes when they are near the ark, but it escapes me at the moment.

Except for the “did you see my painting?” line, the entire table scene at Pesci’s mother’s house in Goodfellas was from the hip.
