I actually stopped watching Barry primarily because of Hank. I know the show isn't very serious, but he took me completely out of it.

This is a tough one. Hank Hill is obviously the most successful Hank and probably has the widest range.
NoHo Hank is hilarious, but I don't think you could base an entire show around him and have it succeed. He does best in small doses, extremely similar to Zap Brannigan.

One of the “bad” guys in Barry. I watched the first two seasons on Saturday. Highly recommend.
