Favorite Food Network Personalities/Shows

Ok..I'm digging deep for new material that's not repetitive during this virus. I watch the Food Network as I have a few shows I like.
Chopped is my favorite show. I used to like Iron Chef but it's run it's course and is in reruns.
I like personalities that are both informative and entertaining like Alex Guarnaschelli, Bobby Flay, Amanda Freitag and Scott Conant to name a few.
I want to throat punch some of the annoying personalities like Guy Fieri...What a tool!
The eye candy is people like Giada De Laurentiis, who is good for one thing IMO and food is not it.
Thoughts?

Definitely on my favorites list. Alton Brown has done the best job of teaching the science of how foods work and the "why's" than anyone. He has a Youtube channel up that's pretty good.
Like Guy, I think he got a little over-exposed taking on shows like "cut-throat kitchen" but I'really like his style.

My biggest problem with Guy is he's way over-exposed to the point I don't enjoy him. Rachael way and that nasal voice is like nails on a chalk board.

Is Alton Brown or Good Eats even on Food Network anymore? I haven't seen him or it on there in years. It's definitely my favorite show it has ever aired.
Chopped is the only show I watch with any regularity any more.

I tend to agree but it seems I’ve heard he is a good guy.
Some “stars” seem good but are actual douchebags.
He seems like a douchebag but may be the opposite.

Anecdotal, but my cousin worked at a restaurant Fieri featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives and said he was a bit of an a-hole. I forget the details, but the gist was he demanded certain staff not be present the day of filming and was a jerk about it.

Never understood the hate for Guy, yeah he dresses funny and is a little weird but he is a generally good guy who cares about the business and getting exposure to people who create good food.
