Lance Armstrong in Dodgeball
I have raced bikes for over 20 years and followed his career closely back when he was kicking Euroass in the Tour.
My wife and I were at the movies watching Dodgeball when his scene pops up and without thinking, way too loud, I said "holy shite it's Lance Armstrong!" Could have knocked me over with a feather.

He steals their car after being picked up then buys their White Castle at the end. His character is the best part of the second one.

I always remember the Bob Hope comedy "The Princess and the Pirate" (1944), and the final gag with the unexpected cameo of Bing Crosby showing up, and taking the girl away from Hope. Pretty funny, and unexpected.

Yeah, he's in the movie, but he's not a major part of the plot line. Again, he has 3 minutes max of screen time. The role definitely qualifies as a cameo.
