The tale of apartment 214 creeped me out when I was younger.
Some old lady began haunting a girl because she broke her promise to hang out with her. One of the creepiest old woman I had ever seen.

The one where the kid's whole family was asleep scared the hell out of me as well as the episode where a family went to an uncle's old house and the house was haunted or something? I vaguely remember specific episodes.

Anyone else close their eyes during the intro to avoid this?

That's definitely the creepiest part of the intro.
My grandma had a gnome statue in her attic when I was little, I went up in the attic one time in the evening, it was dimly lit and I saw that statue. Gave me nightmares.

whichever episode that had the boy ghost in the woods who kept saying "I'm cold". That used to creep me out.
kids of the 90s were spoiled. It was a great decade to grow up in. Kids were kids, neon windbreakers and starter jackets were the fashion, and Nickelodeon was in its golden age.
I see kids now and the girls look like slutted up teeniebopper wannabes by the time they reach middle school. I swear they all have iphones too. I don't think I got a phone until sometime in high school... and to this day I still have a flip phone

Honorable mention goes to that Jester episode with the blue ooze. That was some disturbing shite.
This. Based off of that comic book shite where the only way to beat him was with a microwave.
Also, the one with the twins from "sister sister" with the lizards was freaky too

The phone police! The phone company kidnapped kids that made prank calls and held you in the dungeon of the phone company. I actually bought some homemade dvds of these off ebay a couple years ago, I need to find those...

I enjoyed watching this show on Saturday night "Snick" when I was growing up. Which episodes were your favorite?
That was a little after my time. When I was growing up our scary show was Tales From The Darkside. They used to show it back to back with Friday The 13th The Series. Good times.

The Tale of the Dream Girl, was used as an inspiration for The Sixth Sense.
