Better than I remember. A few clunkers, but overall good stories.

Bakula was a solid Captain.
Trip grew on me.
T'Pol (Jolene Blalock) was smoking hot. You can tell the writers/directors took every chance to have her as scantily clad/naked as possible .

Shame it got cancelled early.

The last two seasons were better than the first two. The Xindi arc in Season 3 was different for a Trek show at the time, but for the most part I think it worked.

Season 4 was pretty good as well, even though they were operating on a smaller budget. However, the last episode was more like a TNG episode than an Enterprise episode.

I also like how they made the ship and the technology look pre-TOS.

If the show has a beagle then it has to be good.

The best thing about streaming is giving series like this a chance to find new audiences. I had no idea this show even existed until I was binge watching TNG and Netflix recommended it to me. I finished TNG, binged DS9, and then tried Voyager but didn't really like it. I gave ENT a chance with the low expectations that VOY brought me down to.

I absolutely love this show. Bakula as Archer is such a perfect casting. His charisma bleeds through the screen as all the other great captains, but with a bit of tenderness that is missing from the others. By season 3, the trio of Archer, T'pol, and Trip have an undeniable chemistry. And I really love Trip and Reeds' friendship. The show also does a great job of being a prequel that provides elements of the shows to come.

The two part mirror universe episodes with alternate intro were amazing. But the temporal cold war stuff sucked. Should have focused on the Earth-Romulan war and how that started the Federation.

The episode where T'pol tells the story of the stranded Vulans in some country town was good too. You could tell it was a real story in universe but presented as a tale.

I would say the entire series was much more solid than people remember.

When I started at EXPO (a now defunct Home Depot offshoot) I took the place of the previous person that left.
Turned out to be Jolene Blalock's dad.

I'll preface this by saying Nana Visitor as Intendent Kira is the best Mirror Universe character, but ENT's Mirror Universe episodes might be the best in Star Trek. I wish we could have more if there was a season 5.

I like it. Just didn't like the Temporal cold war stuff. The Xindi destroying Florida should have been further explored too. I mean all of Florida? What do aliens have against Disney and Universal? .

The only character I really didn't care for was Malcolm Reed. I found him annoying as hell.

He was somewhat of a whiner, but he was damned competent.

This one was more of a forgotten series. If you watch it today it really does hold up and is actually really good. You can see the development of certain tech that is used in future series like the universal translator. You see the Enterprise was built more for battle bc you never knew what they would come across. Archer’s quarters were small and had the beam in the middle of it. It was not built for comfort (ex. The ongoing fixing of his captains chair). It was a reasonable way to set up a series about a ship expecting the worse.

Me and you both. I watched Enterprise when it aired which reintroduced me to the universe.

Hahaha, but we all know Florida man survived. What does Florida man look like and do in the Star Trek universe?

Her silhouette in that episode should have won an Emmy
