Not so fast. Go back and watch the very last interaction between Debra and Dexter at the birthday party. That last line was intentionally delivered in a vague manner.
What was the last line again?

Dexter worked the case, but he was pretty much in and out most of the time with it, Masuka was doing most of the work...
Yet he didn't react to the comment at all. It's a cheat.

Dexter has killed on a few occasions where the victim was not a killer, thus breaking Harry's code.

I don't necessarily have a problem with them using 'cheats'. I do think they should use them consistently, however. I was pretty annoyed in this last episode with the scene where the vendor on the street heard Lumen kicking and screaming in the car, and also identified Jordan Chase. The show has been ignoring all kinds of 'real' details with people getting murdered all over the place, the largest of which is just plainly the amount of time Dexter spends away from his actual job. I just found it pretty lame that all of a sudden, a small reality of kidnapping someone that would otherwise be a nuisance is suddenly useful for the writers. They could have found a better way to get Deb to the camp, IMO.

Not to mention the electronic trail he would leave behind all the time.
Also, didn't seem like Astor and Cody's grandparents were nearly as bent out of shape as they would have been.

Que?
It was revealed he uses cash only.
I hate watching how often he doesnt have gloves on at crime scenes.

He's always on the police intranet or whatever looking up shite that he has no business looking up. You'd think there would be a trail. And also his cell phone records.

Think about it. She knows Quinn investigated Dexter. She knows Quinn checked out the equipment and was working with Liddy. She knows Liddy was investigating someone. She knows Quinn didn't kill Liddy and that he was obviously trying to protect someone. She knows the blood work cleared Quinn and she knows Dexter did the blood work. She sees Dexter with a strange woman. She sees both their likenesses though the plastic. The strange woman with Dexter disappears after the last killing.
Everything she has learned obviously points to Dexter. She is well on her way to knowing he had a hand in Rita's death and the vigilante killings.

The strange thing is they already alluded to the idea, in season 3, that the D.A.'s office could track exactly who he was looking up.

I was waiting for his emergency request to locate the property holdings for Jordan Chase (Eddie or whatever) to come back to the wrong D. Morgan...to Deb Morgan rather than Dexter Morgan and that would be how Deb finds him...but whatever.

Again, thank you.

Good analysis. There are also those photographs of Dexter and Lumen apparently re-enacting a Bay Harbor Butcher dumping, which IIRC, Dexter told Lumen to put back in Quinn's dresser because he didn't want to tip Quinn off. And Deb is back with Quinn...
Shoot, they've already filmed the final scene:

I'd rank them 3, 1, 4, 2.

Definitely on her way...but I still don't think she knows

Knowing and suspecting is the difference. I think a lot of us think she suspects. I don't think anyone has said she knows, but maybe I'm wrong.

I just rewatched it and definitely see how it is possible that Deb knows. Many times on the show characters speak about one thing and are really speaking about two things. I think this gives the writers plenty of time to decide in what direction next season goes. If Deb does know, she has plausible deniblity, much like Quinn does. It would suck to not truly have a reaction from Deb...I was looking forward to her reaction when finding the real Dexter.
How does the series end? Last week most were saying in death or jail, but after watching the finale that may change. Dex "transforming" to a human. He has gone from that ackward photo of him holding Harrison I believe to throwing a plate because he just got dumped. He has also learned that it is possible for the Dark Passenger to leave.

Harry will go away
He is the dark passenger
He is the dark passenger

Harry was seen a lot less this season after Dexter found out he lied to him. I think he started to question everything at that point. Then Lumen showed him at the end how the dark passenger is not necessarily a life-long passenger, but it can leave you. I thought that maybe that's part of why he freaked out a little bit too. Not only did he have to come to grips with Lumen was not going to stay, but he also has to come to grips with the fact that the dark passenger can leave you.

The only thing Lumen showed is that she's a selfish bitch.
