It's such a cliched scene. I'm surprised they didn't name the character Chad Riggs.

Y'all remember when Riggs took out Mr. Joshua with a triangle choke?

It's got an eggnog scene too.
ETA:
He was on Letterman, or The Tonight Show wearing the same leather Cowboys jacket the next week. They made a big deal about the jacket. Can't find a pic of him in the jacket anymore. I think I found one and posted it on here years ago.

He asked me for a light. I wanted to hold my lighter to my arm before giving it to him, but I just gave him a matchbook I had in my backpack. I regret not at least calling him Mr. Joshua.

I need to sit down and do a Lethal Weapon marathon some day soon.
I did it about a year ago. Thoroughly enjoyable. They’re just fun movies.
Still have never seen 4 though. Joe Pesci just didn’t do it for me when he was added for whatever reason, so I never got around to it back in the day.

You're missing out. The scene with Pesci and Gibson in the graveyard is the perfect end to Riggs' story arc.

I’ve seen this in one of the cuts of the film. There’s a directors cut floating around I think.

It would have been better if he only made one clean head shot.

Busey probably would have done a bump of blow with you if you called him Mr. Joshua.
