With all the paragons remembering everything, Lex Luthor is poised to really screw things up (Kara and Jonn are the only ones that know he's a shithead).

New Earths Ending from Crisis 2020 on YouTube

Clip of the new Earths from the end of the show.

This is a nice compromise from the comics (and would've been a better jumping off for the comics in '87).

By the way, Berlanti has a Green Lantern Corps series coming on the new HBO Max streaming service.

So what did Ezra Miller's cameo mean. He seemed shocked by the name Flash does that mean that this Crisis happened before the events in the DCEU films? Does his fading mean the DCEU does not exist, and this is setting the stage for a major film reboot?

It didn't go quite as far as I wanted it to, but it does seem to have major ramifications not just on the DCTV multiverse but the entire DC Omniverse.

I think they left it as intentionally vague as possible, so that they wouldn't step on the DCEU's toes (since the Flash portion of the films is still way in flux).

It was a sort of bonus feature, where Barry and Barry are in a fragile speed force that is being held together by the Spectre. I guess you could make it that Film Barry entered the speed force as the multiverse was disappearing. The instability of the speed force reality could be the reason for their fuzzy brains and the drunken dialogue they shared.

It’s intentionally vague to keep options open. I doubt we ever hear another peep from that in the CW Flash or Arrowverse shows. I do think it’s possible we get something in The Flash movie in a couple years though, being as it is based on Flashpoint. It will presumably explore the multiverse and provide a soft reboot of the DCEU (such as with Pattinson instead of Affleck as Batman, etc.)

The name surprised him because as far as I recall he’s never coined that term or been called it by anyone else, Justice League or otherwise. However, he may have just gotten it here in a scene that could literally appear just the same in the movie if they wanted to.

Who escaped from the cage at the end or is that not important? I thought it sounded like the joker laughing

Gleek, the blue alien monkey. Pet of The Wonder Twins, Jan and Jayna.

I KNEW all those Saturday Mornings watching cartoons would pay off.

I appreciated the throwback but to me that was the final straw. I think I'm out on the CW DC shows, the Gleek reference really underscored for me what much of Crisis proved: just how far this has all strayed from "you have failed this city".

The writing has become more and more sophomoric as the seasons have progressed and new shows and joined the group and the action sequences far more often than not contain far too many unnecessary actions (like a bad kung-fu movie where everyone just stands around and feints while the hero squares off one-on-one). I mean... how many fricking times did Oliver have to die during this event?

I have been able to let it go for a while but I think I've finally just reached my limit.

Crisis is already fricking with every show.

First Batwoman gets Beth Kane from Earth 99 (evil Batman's Earth), then there are 6 Brainiac 5s plus the Anti-Life Equation on Supergirl, then we find out that both Black Lightning and his daughter have residual antimatter (Jennifer survived the crisis with her memories intact).

I liked that they gave Smallville Clark and Lois a happy ending, at least until their entire universe was destroyed. They didn't show it as one of the reborn universes either.

Doesn't mean it's not there.

Smallville was never a traditional superhero series and it deserved a happy ending like that.

Alan Moore did something similar to end the run of the Silver/Bronze Age Superman. He sacrifices his powers for the cause and lives a happy life with Lois.

Nice.

Would have been really funny if they could have somehow gotten Lucifer and Smallville Clark together.

I just realized that Jennifer Pierce's friend Brandon is a reimagined version of Brion Markov (Geo-Force, Terra's brother).

It's been 7 days... but I finally watched the last one today. I haven't watched a single CW show since last years crossover. I watched every single episode of all the shows up to that point (more or less life got in the way of TV).

Man, that was a good compromise for the Crisis storyline - I also feel like they left just enough of a door open to have Oliver back every so often if they REALLY wanted to

If you watched the Arrow series finale, you'll know that's not the case.

Im super late in finishing Crisis. But man, is it me or did they kind of bite off of the MCU and Endgame. The one guy who basically started it all, has to himself in the giant culmination crossover event against the big bad.

Diggle has a son and daughter now, that's a nice touch.

It was a nice touch to show all the other earths.

For years there were fan theories that Diggle would become a green lantern. Although that's not the case. It was cool to show their existence. I would lovr to see a Lantorn Corp tv show come to life.

Even though I hated him in Justice League. I was extremely happy to see Ezra Miller make a cameo. I havr no idea what it means. My best guess is that the DCEU earth was destroyed, but Ezra survives due to being in speedforce? Spectre restarting universe may be how Pattinson is now Batman instead of Affleck.
Probably not, that cameo was likely nothing more than a cool easter egg.

I am loving the CW justice league, could be interesting to see where that goes.

There were certainly holes in the crisis, Nd different things to be critiqued. But man I gotta tip my hats to the creators, they swung for the fences with this one.
