Lilly was kind of a random person from the comic. But The Road to Woodbury fleshed out her story and gave her interactions with the Governor much greater impact.

I didnt even remember the governor died much less by the hands of someone named Lily

That's one question I've had the whole time. Will they kill Judith on cable TV? I just don't see how they can't if the group is going to leave the prison.

Makes me wonder what they will do with Judith as well. I'm assuming the end of the scene will be a complete cleansing of the cast with the only survivors being Rick, Carl, Maggie, Glenn, Michonne, and Andrea.
Darryl is a maybe. I see him, Merle, and Carol all dying in some way where Merle turns on them, kills Carol, and this is killed by Darryl. However, Darryl is so popular he might live on.
In the epic prison fight, several key people died who as already dead (Axel, Hershel's son, Patricia to name a few) so it makes me wonder just how this will indeed play out.
And I see Magee convincing Glenn to leave (because she tells him she's preggo) and the battle separating Michonne and Andrea from the group. Rick is with Carl and Judith. I'm thinking Rick gets shot and drops Judith who becomes zombie lunch. Andrea shoots The Governor.
This is all just speculation trying to merge the show and the comic.

I would be shocked if they killed Judith.
From the previews, it looks like they are indeed going to put Tyreese in with Ricks group. If this were to happen, I think it is a safe assumption that Darryl dies.
In the comics, the group gets separated after the big fight, right? I remember Carl/Rick flying solo and can't remember how they meet back up with everyone.
