I will give credit to the first remake, it captured the tongue in cheek nature of the original show.

Chances theres a scene where a guy tries to hit on one of the girls and because shes a lesbian she rejects him in some sly way? Or she eventually beats his arse because of it?

Who is the target audience for this movie? Do studios even ask that question anymore? Like who is that supposed to appeal to enough they'd pay money to see it.
Saying Hollywood is out of touch is a cliche but the disconnect right now is pretty astounding.

Sometimes I think they make films like this just so they can have some losses to offset gains.
