A Serbian Film is probably the most vile disgusting movie ever made outside of actual snuff films.
Gummo - is just creepy. The way it’s filmed, the characters, the situations and visuals are disturbing.
Irreversible - the rape scene is horrifying, don’t watch. Just sick

Thanks for the list. Think I'll start with Gummo and move down the list. Of the ones mentioned that I've seen, Bone Tomahawk is the most disturbing.

Yeah, I'm not trying to judge anyone that has willingly watched Serbian Film knowing full well what that movie contains, but...why?

I saw the 1930's Freaks from the OP, when I was a freshman in college. We were at someone's house tripping balls of some blotter. We turned on the TV and somehow we found Freaks as it was starting. We watch the entire movie while tripping. It was an experience.
