Hank has to be the worst DEA Agent in the world.

Yes, I did, and Skyler is always wearing dark green. I'm trying to figure out the "color code" with these two.

What keeps me up at night, not really, but what Mike said to Walt at the lab about Gus."You'll never see him again."
Open to so many interpretations.Surely Gus is making the rounds at his Chicken joints.Just a thought.

Because Gus is dead. And Mike killed him.

I agree and here's why: the blood on his jacket sleeve, him calling Walt when he was outside of Gus' house, telling Walt that he will never see Gus again and him making Jesse re-weigh the dope because of "new policies".

Wait, wasn't Gus talking to Walt on the phone when he was outside of his house?
Are you saying that Mike killed him after this happened and before he went to the bar?

That's probably the best clue I've heard.I guess it could be a Flashback Scene when Walt finds out Mike's in charge. They'd have to show the killing of Gus at some point because it's such an important plot twist.
ETA: I think that was Gus on the phone also.

I seriously doubt Gus is dead at this point. Mike told Walt he would never see Gus again because Gus knows Walt is backed into a corner and will want to protect himself. Walt and Jessie are a couple of loose cannons and it's simply a matter of Gus insulating himself from potential danger.
A few of you were discussing Gus mentioning his family, and he did. But you have to put this in context and remember he was trying to retain Walt's services at the time. He knew Walt's weak spot (at least relative to what Walt was telling himself) was his family. He was possibly just lying to make Walt see him as sympathetic. If this show's shown anything so far, it's that Walt can be simultaneously brilliant and niave.
I also have my doubts as to whether or not that was really Gus' house, but that's here nor there...
As to the voice on the phone, to me it was clearly the new guy. My girlfriend and I argued about this for 5 minutes (she thought it was Gus).

I thought someone said earlier that Gilligan said it was the new guy that called Walt outside of Gus' house. I guess he could be lying about that. Also I simply thought it was Victor's blood on his jacket since it was the same one he was wearing in the opening episode.

Mike is not killing Gus in no way
he was already bitching about Walt making more money than him to Walt at the bar.
He is an employee of Gus', his do it all man-fixer! Why would he wanna kill the man that pays his check?
Mike simply told Walt that he'll never see Gus again because of Walt and Jesse's stupidity! He's finished with them on a personal basis and just wants them to cook until he finds someone else, those 2 have cost him 2 good employees, he doesn't want anything to do with them anymore! And that has Walt nervous!

Walt should not expect any more invitations to eat Chilean Sea Bass at Gus' house, and it's going to be fun watching Walt turn into a paranoid nervous wreck.
Gus also questions the sanity and good judgement of somebody so loyal to a foul-up like Jesse. He is probably wondering why he didn't go with Gale in the first place and why-on-Earth he ever got involved with Walter White.

I'd like to think I'm a consistent advocate of sanity in our BB threads, but it's fun to read all the 'out there' theories though ha.

Logically explained other than Gus being dead. Likely Victor's blood on Mike's jacket; blood was spewing all over the place. To me the warning call to Walt outside of Gus' house (assuming Gus really lives there) is not an indication either way. And the new dope weighing policy makes sense even if Gus is alive since Gus obviously doesn't really trust Walt or Jesse especially after Gale's assassination.
Also, I'm pretty sure someone at Gus' level has a precautionary plan to counter a potential betrayal by Mike. For instance, Gus might have shown Mike a copy of a sealed envelope that is triggered to be opened in the event of Gus' death/disappearnance that basically fingers Mike to be the target of multiple assassins.

So Gus and Jesse DO have something in common.

Yes, but don't expect them to take warm showers together 'til the wee hours of the morning.
