I don't know that Lydia will even be shown again. The half-season ended months after Walt has dropped out of the drug scene. I'm sure she has moved on. It could come up if Hank figures out that she was directly involved, but as of now I don't think he knows that...

Skylar offing herself is more likely if Hank lets on that he knows Walt = Heisenberg, IMO. If Hank decides to do the slow play and work to lock down compelling evidence of Walt's criminal acts her suicide would seem unfounded. To her knowledge that would leave the kids with Walt. She'd never do that.

Lydia will be back but she'll end up dead or she will end up trying to manipulate a deal. She knows way too much to be simply dismissed from the series.
