I think he's suggesting Walt may only use a tiny bit of the ricin...like maybe a sprinkle of it in Hank's food...then replaces the ricin in the outlet.
If Walt's house is that closed off and he's off in New Hampshire, then he doesn't need to worry anymore about evidence. He's already fricked. I think he's coming back to get the ricin because he's going to poison someone else before going on a shooting spree.

I agree Lydia was always paranoid BUT I will bet Walter takes out Lydia via his backyard plant or something before she gets revenge. One way or another Lydia is dead, either by the overseas Russian Mafia or Walt.

They are easy to find with a google search. I read some of the more credible ones last night and immediately regretted doing it.
