That isn't sad in the slightest, it's obvious to everyone he wasn't going to maintain his life in ABQ.

The Actor who played Mike, said he felt (It's not what Giligan said) Jesse was going to Brock.

But The overbearing Grandma has him. "Hey ma'am, I dated your daughter for like four or five months and gave her a lot of money, you think I can have custody of her son?"

I don't mean closure for the characters, I mean for us. Last scene we have of Marie is that shitty phone call and an even shitter scene for Jr.

I wanted to see Marie getting the news of Hank, and Flynn coming in. Then cut to Skyler telling him "Your Dad just came here, to say good bye"
(breakfast) "G-g-good He's d-d-dead to us, he killed uncle Hank"
"No, but he kill the bastards that did, the bastards who threatened OUR lives, in OUR home"
Cut to Walt pulling up at the Nazi's.

Jesse is still the best meth cook alive. He will not be without job opportunities if he chooses to go that route.

You know now that I am thinking about it. Remember from Season 1 when Jesse and Walt had a coin flip to decide who killed Crazy 8?

Well Walt killed Crazy 8 with some chain.

Flash forward to Felina, Jesse kills Todd in a similar fashion.

Got to love probability of coin flips

So glad Jesse got to kill that Opie dead-eyed POS with the chains he used to bind him all those months.

Glad Walt told Skyler, "I did it for me." That was always the essential truth of the series.

Still can't believe they frisked Walt and confiscated his property but didn't check the trunk of the man who blew up Gus Fring.

9/10.

Walt killed Crazy 8 with a bicycle lock, but the symbolism was certainly unmistakable.

The Marty Robbins cassette tape falling out of the Volvo glove box - genius!

Has it been brought up as to how the cops knew to head out to the Nazi hideout? It seemed like it was a pretty remote area.

Walt said, "They will be coming to me." I'm sure he called the cops. If he didn't manage to kill them, he wanted the cops to neutralize them.

Cops were his backup plan, and he knew how much time he had.

I'm sure Walt called it in before heading there knowing it would take them a long while to get out there.

Walt sold himself as desperate and broke. Frisking him was a formality, they really had no fear of him nor reason to think they should.

In addition, if he fails to kill the Nazis, they're coming after his family next (especially Todd once he finds out about his beloved Lydia) so he needed that backup plan in place.
