I don't think he took it and I don't know if Jesse watched it. At first I was sure Jesse had watched it but by the end I think he just used it to cut some lines on.

Not 100% but I assumed it was Saul 's copy. It seems like the camera and characters focused on it too much for it to be a random 70s hits CD

There's no way that it was. Jesse went from his car into Walt's house, then straight out with Hank. Doesn't make sense for him to find it in the house, do some drugs off of it, bring it outside to put it in his car, then return to burning the house.

Yeah right at the end. I think he'd call a hit on hank before Jesse.
Jesse isn't a threat to him if he gets him back under his thumb, but if he comes up dead or missing Hank us going to just come after Walt harder.

I took it as a CD that Jesse just railed a line of blow off of. No way Saul would leave something so important in his car

It had crack residue on it so that's what I took it as.

My roommate mentioned this too. Basically said that after Hank said he'd be okay with Jesse dying, that Walt was the only guy left that cared for Jesse, even though the relationship is extremely tumultuous.

Hank bringing Gomez in on the case was a big development last night that seems to be overlooked.

Any chance Hank showed Gomez the confession tape from Walt?

I figured Gomez must know everything with Hank bringing him in and setting up at his house.

I also still wonder if Gomez is the person on the inside for the cartel. He has those crazy eyes.

Yeah, that would be over the top. I'm guessing a lot of things may just wind up being unknown.

I'm also guessing I can stop milking the "Ted is not dead" thing thinking he's going to come back to haunt "SkyHeisenberg" and Team Walt.

Ted still being alive, though, was the craziest twist in the entire series to me, though, especially if it doesn't really end up amounting to much of anything.
