As someone said earlier he has a full head of hair when he gets that gun. Are they gonna flash forward a year in the last episode to show us what he does with the gun? Just doesn't make sense.
in episode "Fifty One" (Season 5, episode 4), Walt turns 51.
In the flash forward of season 5 premier, we can presume he turns 52 because he does the bacon number thing.
Plus there was a time jump (about 3 months) in "Gliding Over All" (season 5 episode 8) between when he tells Skylar that he's out and when Hank tanks a shite in the master bathroom.
In that episode MArie tells Skylar that it had been about 3 months since they took the kids on Walt's 51st birthday (after Skylar walked into the pool).
So that puts the flash forward about 8 to 9 months away.
So the last 5 seasons have covered roughly 15 months of walt's life. From turning 50 years old in the pilot to the present (51 and 3 months).

Walt ordered that hit on hank. He will never kill Jesse but knows Skylar is right that they have to take care if things, but he loves Jesse ("not in gay way") and knows how malleable he is-so Hank could mold him but so could Walt once again, he just has to get the chance to talk to him. He knows Hank has his phone and the meeting was a set up-he would not have tried to kill Jesse but just talk to him while confessing nothing.
Gomey seems more likely to turn on/be manipulating Hank for career advancement reasons than having anything to do with the meth ring.

Wanted more to happen tonight but solid episode.

I'm guessing this was the episode much like fly that they used to save money so they could use more for the last few episodes.

How are you comparing this episode to fly?
This episode was fantastic.

Interdasting. Good point I agree. Everytime we think its obvious something is about to happen, the opposite occurs. Just like Jesse said tonight. Walt ordered the hit on Hank. #teamwalt

Anyone pick up on Jesse telling Hank and Gomez how lucky Walt is. And how he ends up sitting on the bench next to the wrong dude that spooks Jesse. Out of anywhere in that place to sit he ends up sitting in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Maybe Walts luck is starting to run out.
Or maybe I'm reading to much into it

I have no idea what the tease from Gilligan means.

Even better "it ends we go into witness protection and then Malcolm in the middle kicks off." Hilarious

I think Walt knew that Hank had Jesse the whole time after Bill Burr went down that whole list of places that Jesse wasn't at.
But then I can't figure out the point of the meeting
edit: what was Vince's teaser?

I'm going to stick to my theory of Walt being Gus and Jesse being the partner that gets killed. would tie the whole story together quite nicely and make things full circle
