Other than harrow's headshot spree, my favorite part had to be chalky stepping to capone. shite was awesome.

The part where Harrow told Tommy to close his eyes was just pure awesomeness. Talk about hard to do everything he did with that sniper rifle at close range.

It looks like Rothstein decided to go into the heroin business with Masseria and teach a lesson to Lucky at the same time.

Basically the feds were in with Rothstein. So when Lucky gave them that 50 lbs. of heroin they just gave it to Rothstein (what he used to beat the charge). Joe Mass set him up to get popped. Obviously we find all of that out in their meeting. Rothstein then uses the heroin to pull Joe Mass away from Gyp.
ETA: Rothstein also put Lansky in charge of the operation after Lucky's blow up.

My take on it was rothstein told them no as far as the heroin deal, and he found out about them moving on with other backers. This pissed him off so he set em up to frick them over.

After the shoot out when Capone is like "Now that I got that out of my system" and they start laughing was just golden. I love those two in a scene together.
