If it was a bogus slide, and the real one gets found when a search warrant is executed, what then is the point of the meeting? You could see Chuck quarreling with himself when he went to plant it.

I think the twist is that now Cbuck and Axe are going to work together, after all the effort they did on destroying one another.

This is what I hope is happening, but Chuck has to call the search off or warn Axe it’s coming. Either way, seeing the two work together and have Dake and Connerty on the other side going to all ends trying to nail them will be a blast.

For me, this show is by far the best one on television.

That is what I hope. It is an awesome shift in the plot.

Has to be the real one. We know Axe has cameras all over that place. Too easy to bust Chuck planting the evidence.

I agree, now they work together to get themselves out of the mess they created for each other.

It was real imo. Chuck was conflicted particularly after connerty called him out for being shady

Chucks going to give him the real slide so he doesn’t betray his wife’s trust again, more so he’ll earn it and her back for good?

Odd that this show doesn't get more attention on here.

The last couple of weeks have been phenomanal television. They basically did a mid season refresh with the "Not you, Mr. Dake" episode. Spoilers:

I didn't see them pinning it on the doctor. Decent twist even if I should've seen it coming.

It'll be interesting to see how the Axe vs Taylor things plays out. And now you have Chuck and Foley going at each other.

Wendy is one bad mofo. And super sexy to boot.

Wags line from Sunday's episode when he said "You work out with with other people in the gym?" had me rolling.

'The only way for you not to have stomped on your dick is if I asked the doctor to chop it off in that birthing room'

I like Chuck Sr. Dude tells it how it is.

I've gone from almost despising this show in it's first few episodes when it first started a couple years ago, to really looking forward to it each week. They've let it develop inn a very good way, finally. Each season has been better than the last.

I'm guilty of watching many of the Showtime series, with Homeland and Billions being my favorite.

Counterpart on Starz too.

I'm giving Patrick Melrose a chance, and so far the acting has been incredibly good.

I like John M. but why is he playing a Russian? They couldn't get a real Russian to do this?

I really like/enjoy this show. But I have a hard time believing either Chuck or Bobby would be so reckless.

So now Chuck and Axe are going to be buddies. Saw that coming from a mile away.

Chuck Sr. is my favorite character on the show. In the second to last episode when Chuck has his buddy's cheating wife in the room and Sr. pops in and puts her in her place, was probably the GOAT alpha move in the show.

I need to find a full quote of his lines, they were awesome.

quote:

Ira doesn't need another divorce. What he wants is a wife that's broken in, and since he can't break her, I'll do it for him.

I enjoyed the season as a whole especially the last quarter. Every episode I am more impressed by the soundtrack, gonna have to find that on spotify.

As for the finale, I am not buying the Taylor story line. I know they need to set up an antagonist for Axe now that Chuck is no longer after him, but it is not very believable that someone with a year experience in the industry is going to be bringing in billions of dollars to manage the minute she opens her shop.

Also the Chuck/AG setup story line went way too fast. I believe everyone would turn on Chuck because he has proven time and again to be a piece of shite, and he taught them well to look out for #1.

I suppose this sets up next season for brand new arcs for everyone rather than dragging the Axe/Taylor betrayal and Chuck/AG double cross out for half a season. I trust the writers.

Nice to see Wendy breaking bad.

And as always, we need more Wags and more Chuck Sr.
