Surely they’re in on it. They can’t be this oblivious. How can you say you’re a huge BB fan, supposedly know the history, be on the show, and just not notice that not a single POC has gone home yet?
The side alliances and team twist complicated it a little. DX and Claire were convinced the big alliance was Ky, SB, X, and Alyssa, and it made sense because those 4 have been together a LOT over the past few weeks. And even early on in the alliance, Big D and Azah didn't really interact much with the rest of the CO. They've done well hiding the alliance, even though it should be clear none of them have ever been in huge trouble the few times they've been on the block.

I'm sure some of them have noticed but they won't say it. They are probably scared shitless to be labeled as a racist on national TV. I can guarantee the cookout knows that too.
Exactly. You have to absolutely 100% right to even say it out loud, and even then it’s still a risk.
$750k minus taxes isn’t enough to have your entire life ruined and your family and yourself slandered for you being a racist. White people are trained now to not assume it be “prejudiced”…and the CO went and did this. Oof
Future seasons are fricked for POC, good luck trying to prove you aren’t aligned automatically to a “cause”

Have y'all been watching the live feeds at all? I'm not a fan of the CO because it's made this season boring, but they have done a really good job covering their tracks that they're all aligned. Ky and SB have been joined at the hip for 3 weeks now. X and Alyssa have been the same since Christian left. Those 4 have controlled HOH until last night. Tiffany has been throwing fuel on the fire with DX and Claire that those 4 are the big alliance. And Big D and Azah have been off to themselves for the most part all season.
As much as we all praised the season 20 alliance for fooling that house, it's weird some of y'all refuse to acknowledge this alliance has done a good job fooling this house. I don't necessarily agree with their motivation to work together, and they've made some problematic comments this season, but at some point you have to give them some credit. Alliances that big rarely last this long in this game.

They’ve done an excellent job. The whole idea Tiffany had with the “side buddies” has worked out to almost perfection throwing the scent off.
I do wonder how likely Kyland is to let go of SB. You know she’s going up this week. X will cut Alyssa no problem so she probably goes next.

Because there’s usually not a higher “cause” holding it together and players start to shuffle their positions a bit.
The CO has played well and done nothing wrong, I just don’t see how future seasons aren’t fricked beyond belief because now you have to assume the “POC” will be working together and jury votes locked in above all else…so make your pre-jury and nominations accordingly. But do so while trying to be politically correct and not get canceled and vilified in the process. Good luck
It also sucks for the black players in the future because going against the “cause” aka David last year makes them targets in their own community. It’s all just sad and fricked up. But it’s a social experiment and it doesn’t get more 2021 than this bullshite

DX was obviously not the right color for the POC alliance..

I haven't watched the feeds this year but I know you are right.. The members are not dumb. Well not most of them.
Tiffany has street smarts out the arse and can read people
Ky knows the game so well and is extremely smart
Xavier is stupid smart and can get along with everybody
Hannah is not dumb
Azah and Big D are dead weight

It also pisses me off that they get a random envelope.. So frick what America thinks. We'll give them a possible $100 anyway even if America stiffed you on all 3 votes. It's bullshite..
OK my rant is over
Hope everyone comes out on top of this hurricane. I'm on the coast in SWLA and seem to be out of the path for the time being. Good luck!!

SB, Ky, and obviously X are noms.

Looks like Claire won the power.

And renominated Ky and SB. Hannah won veto and, now, Ky is doing all he can to get her to use it on him. He’s doing a bit too much. They’re going to get rid of him with a quickness after the last 2 outsiders are gone.

quote:I still wonder if she “came up” with it. It seems too complicated with the cookout to be natural, kinda like production hinted it to her. Plus I can’t remember but a week or so ago one of the CO members (I think X) said something to the effect they were told about the “cause” before it started

All I know is that night she was about to jump the CO ship. I watched the feeds that night, and she even talked alone to the cameras saying she didn't see how she could continuing working with the CO over DX & Claire. She talked with Ky about it before she talked to the cameras, and the basically agreed that as long as the CO made jury they were good. I was convinced she was going to jump ship. Then when the cameras came back up after the morning wakeup call, she as scurrying around telling the other CO members about the plan.
Now she says she stayed up all night in bed coming up with the plan. Maybe she did, but I was floored when the cameras came back on that morning with her telling Big D & Azah (who were the ones that was causing her concern) about her plan.

I didn’t even watch last night because of hurricane footage. Really not missing it lol

I've pretty much stopped watching also. But my stopping watching BB soon after jury has become routine for me over the years. The only "recent" season that I actually stuck through until the end was BB20. Once the steamroll is assured, then I usually lose interest. Plus football season gives me something better to invest my interest in. And now that they are supposedly bringing back the triple eviction to totally kill any chance at drama between the CO, there's no reason to stick with it for me.

Anybody else notice that there have been any talk about the cookout in the good bye messages. Usually big alliances are always discussed
BATTLE BACK
It's generally expected that their won't be a battle back due to Covid.

They show that before jury. They never talk about alliances or strategy once it gets to jury because that would influence how they vote for the winner. The only info they have is what they learn during the game and what CBS decides to show them on video recaps of competitions.
They mean in the remaining houseguests goodbye messages. Many good players use the goodbye messages for jury management and try to explain what was going on in the house and why they went home. Some of them need to start explaining to their partner players about CO.

Agree 100% and they normally do.. But for some reason they haven't been showing goodbye messages on the 1 hour episodes. I'm sure they are after the episode on CBS.com because Julie always says that but I gave up live feeds, etc...

That’s how Josh won his season, he told everyone in the goodbye messages what Paul was doing.
