Turner was pitching to Monte to save Kyle and keep their final 5 intact. I think he realizes his game is shot after this week and Kyle is the key to holding something together.

Unfortunately for Turner, Monte is the split vote and he's closer to Taylor. Monte even questioned Turner before renoms about how it would look to put him up against Taylor in spite of what Kyle said.

Yeah but Turner has the tiebreaker right? It would be Terrence and Alyssa voting out Taylor and Michael and Britney voting out Kyle.

I'm not getting my hopes up, but I would be fully back in if they keep Kyle this week. Dangling my toes back in for now, especially until I see the edit.

CBS probably is withholding his stipend and won't paint him in a bad light if he decides to stay.

$1,000 weekly stipend isn’t enough to convince me not to fight for my reputation outside of that house.

There's five votes this week. (Michael, Brittney, Alyssa, Terrence and Monte)

Michael and Brittney are votes to keep Taylor
Alyssa and Terrence could keep Kyle
Monte is the middle vote.

If Turner was smart about his game and ignored the noise, he would have put up Monte. Then Kyle, Alyssa and Terrence would have had the majority votes.
The fallout of this would have been Kyle convincing the HOH to put up two black houseguests.

Turner should have grew some balls and just put up monte and told him"WE HAVE A PLAN, YOU KNOW THE PLAN. LETS NOT LET MICHAEL KEEP GROWING STRONGER BY LETTING HIM MANIPULATE THE GAME. WE HAVE TO TAKE THE SHOT AT HIS SIDE OR HE WILL WIN"

Yep.

I'll cut him a little slack in that he's young and has almost zero life experience.

He's like 30 years old.

When are we gonna stop treating people in their late 20s like they are still children and need to be swaddled with bubble wrap

He's been cloistered in Mormon country. If he was from anywhere else, I wouldn't be sympathetic at all (mind you, I said I'd cut him a little slack).

The life experience is clearly true but he is 29. While he looks young and acts younger he can't really fall back on the young crutch.

I saw and posted about this earlier. Is mentioning or bringing up the cookout worthy of this type of blowup and (over)reaction? The conversations feel like Kyle was openly using racial slurs or caught with some kkk manifesto.
I think everyone in the house is going to saw WTF when they leave the house and realize how big a deal was made over nothing.
Kyle completely dropped the ball handling this. His blind response and blanket acceptance and caused this thing to snowball into something it never should have.

Its absurd how little of the live feeds Big Brother is showing this week. Might as well just leave them off.

What happened with Kyle? And what’s happening with the race BS? Did that come into play yet again?

Just because he was raised a Mormon doesn't mean he's been in the church his whole life. He left the LDS church after high school. He went off to college, and had a career in sales (and even a partnership position). Just because he grew up in Utah and lives there now doesn't mean he hasn't been out of the state. He lived in Colorado for a little while (can't remember if that was when he was at college, or for a job). He even went to Australia for several months, so it's not like he's never left his hometown or something.

This guy has disappointed me as much or more than Tyler did in season 22. It's people like them that has embolden the PC culture to run wild like they have.
