I read on Reddit it violates production rules. You can be kicked out if you are having unprotected sex in the BB house.
ETA: I would imagine production wants nothing to do with the liability aspect of having a pregnant woman in the house as well. (How are they gonna deal with her needing doctor’s appointments, etc).
