I didn't watch last night, but the edits have been terrible in general. They show 2 minutes of Jody getting bullied, but make a whole episode of Jessica thinking of not using her temptation.

They have to build intrigue, but they can at least portray it in a way that is actually happening. BBOTT did a good job with their 10 minute highlight show every night, the big seasons should look into sticking to that way.

BB and Sportscenter have taken the same arc, and gone from showing real highlights to manufacturing news/clips/highlights for ratings.

I could see it being a power struggle between Alex/Jason and Christmas/Josh. If Paul makes it through tonight I think he'll have a final five with those four.

I really wish more competitions had side prizes like the last one. It adds extra intrigue to it and other motivation besides the usual standard gameplan. It was wild when Matt won the veto considering that anyone worth their while would have used it on themselves and kept Cody around. But of course he's just a Paul pawn.

Watching Alex have to make hot dogs at 4am was also pretty glorious.

I was also happy to see Alex/Jason/Mark finally start thinking for themselves for about a second even though it didn't last.

Even Elena I could see talking with Paul before making her decision what to do.

I don't think so, I believe she has finally figured out that Paul only cares about her if she gets some power. She will always be on the outside.

Yeah he is right about Paul, but that doesn't make him not a tool. His crappy social game comes from being a self-righteous prick with no personality.

Spotting Paul's BS is the only decent game move he had, every other move he's made was the wrong one, and even the way he attempted to get rid of Paul was wrong.

Completely disagree with this. He played it perfectly and if not for an extremely lopsided temptation advantage, Paul is out of the game week 1. If Paul gets voted out Cody is looked at as a very strong player who came out the game swinging. But it doesn't happen and it turns out Paul flips it on its head and gets everyone against Cody because he couldn't be voted out.

I think CBS looking back will wish they would have let it happen as well. He's ruined the season because no one plays for themselves whatsoever.

The only chance this season has of rebounding; Mark taking out Paul tonight

Curious if by some miracle Paul went out on DE how the audience would receive him when he walks out of the house. Boos or applause

If CBS really wanted to make a turnaround they could. But every important comp for Cody was a chance comp of anyone could win. Surely production has someone there paid to look at message boards spoiler sites, etc to monitor how people are feeling about the season. Production could make changes if they really wanted to. They don't want to. Likely majority of viewers are TV watchers only and CBS doesn't want to "rock the boat" and piss its TV viewers off. Who knows anymore about any of it and how it works at this point after watching this season.

So what happens if Paul and Raven end up on the block?

Raven is no threat to anyone in this game and is a vote for the strongest alliance, but I bet she would be voted out because "Paul will take us all further."

He didn't play it perfectly. He didn't run it by anyone else and there's no way to know if Paul would've been voted out anyway without the temptation. He should've started working on his alliance with that possibility before the veto even happened.

Do you really believe this? Say he gets Paul out Week 1. Cody is still a massive douchebag, and he has been all season long.

He is one of the worst game players I've seen in a while. Do you think the House is truly any different if Cody gets Paul out?

I agree he didn't play it "perfectly", and he sure could have done things a tad different, but targeting paul was the correct game move. And let's not forget Cody had to nominate 5 fricking people the first week, I mean cmon.

You clearly haven't watched this season. Well, since you know cody you apparently are watching this season, which can only mean you're a complete and total liar.

I mean he isn't one of the worst mainly due to the fact he isn't bad at comps but his social game is one of the worst

The guy's direct quote was "he is one of the worst game players I've seen in a while".

Jason, Matt, Raven, Elana, Christmas, Josh, etc are all worse. Much worse. Cody 1)is far better at comps and 2)is smart enough to actually see what's going on in the house. He knows what's going on but will be punsihed because of his poor social game and the herdlike mentality of these clowns and their adroation for paul. Don't mistake them stayign in the house longer for being better at the game.

I know, hence why I explained the difference

Sure, he could have done a much better job applying that though. It is way past that point though and has been for awhile.

I bet the house would vote her out just because she is so fricking annoying.

I mean we are annoyed by her. Imagine being in the house 24/7 with her?

What the frick does that even mean? He is a shitty game player. What has he done to make you think he is good?
