I don't see him not using it, despite the fact that Victor probably doesn't want to renominate someone. There's no way he's going to send Z to jury and risk her being so bitter about it that she tries to taint the jury.

So apparently in the comp, James went into the kitchen and trashed it, not in looking for a veto, but just to trash it. He actually broke eggs and strew flour everywhere.
Also apparently Nicole threw everyone's clothes everywhere looking for a veto, and everyone thinks it was James. Nat was even pissed at him because Nicole had dumped her underwear all over the floor.
