Waltz's monologue/interrogation in Inglorious Basterds is up there for sure.

The opening scene in Full Metal Jacket where GySgt Hartman berates the recruits for the first time is tGOAT movie scene.
The opening introduction was done in one long take, with the camera in front of R. Lee Ermey as he paced in front of the privates for the first time. Amazing.
