Best Non-Animated Family/Children's film

I was surfing the TV the other day and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was on and I immediately reverted back to my six year old self and finished the film. I love these types of films.
What's your Favorite?

Mary Poppins is the only other contender for me. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is delightfully weird, at times terrifying, and filled with memorable set pieces. It's a truly great film.
