Gonna say Time Bandits, then Willow for using the midgets as the leads.
Kenny Baker played R2D2, so you have to say the Star Wars saga, take your pick which film (I go with the original SW, by a hair over Empire Strikes Back- simply because Empire doesn't make sense without Star Wars).
Props to X-Men Days of Future Past for casting Peter Dinklage when the role didn't require a midget.
