the power plant workers get xrayed on their way to their assembly and ones got a pistol, one is two kids posing as an adult, and homer is an ape. then they cut to the assembly where everyone but homer has won employee of the month and they are wearing their medals. homer is so excited to finally win due to a union rule. then mr burns give his speech
"compadres, its imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rain season. and remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of col. montoya"
smithers reminds him that hes talking to his employees. so he changes course, gives a very nice speech about this months employee of the month, homer gets ready to finally win his award.....and it goes to an inanimate
