For old school try The Haunting with Julie Harris and Claire Bloome. It’s far better than the remake with Neeson and Zeta-Jones
Ghost Story with Fred Astaire and other old farts is pretty damned creepy.

Obviously too late with this recommendation, but activate your free trial of Cohen Movie Classics on Amazon Prime and watch The Old Dark House. Weary travelers caught in a torrential rainstorm ride it out at a creepy English estate filled with lunatics.
A bit creaky, as most films from the early 30s are - but its got atmosphere out the wazzoo. And some truly bizarre acting performances.
Plus you get a chance to see what the old lady in Titanic looked like in the beginning of her career.
