While maybe not the best, I think a nod should go to Marcel Marceau on Mel Brooks' "Silent Movie."
Marceau utters the only spoken line in the movie.
Those of you who know who Marceau is will understand the humor in that scene.

Of course Hitchcock had a cameo in all of his movies. I think my favorite of all of those is in To Catch A Thief. Cary Grant gets on a bus and moves to the back seat. He sits down and to his right is a lady with a bird in a cage. He looks to his left and there is Hitchcock.
