Karate Tournaments?
Wayne Newton?
White Supremicists?
Russians?

I'm partial to 2, even though 1 is awesome.

I love it.

And what was Phillip Lee errr.. I mean Rhee thinking when he chose that name as an Asian actor?

Part 2 is the one I remember most so I go with that

1 is the best. I still quote it all the time. "What are you counting for?"

frickING RIGHT!!!!!!!!!

I've remembered watching this movie when I was a kid for a while now. Never knew the name of it and could never find it. Watched freaking Bloodsport the other weekend on Netflix thinking that that would be the movie. It wasn't. Best of the Best I is the movie I've been trying to remember!!!!!

Anyone know if this is on Netflix??

Yeah, it's the one I got on PaperView as a kid and taped.

It was added to my awesome martial arts rotation:

Kickboxer - Bloodsport - Kickboxer 3 - American Ninja - Best of the Best 2 - 3 Ninjas - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2

Probably a few films I'm forgetting in there.

I gotta go with the original becuase of Chris Penn. When I think of martial arts, I think Chris Penn.

3 was great because of the over the top cheesiness with the white supremacists.

This! 1 is incredible! I quote Coach Mufasa all the time. And Chris Penn had some gems--"DROP EM LIKE A TOILET SEAT TOMMY!"

Plus Eric Roberts at the height of his emoting glory!

2 was fun. Especially how Tommy went from having a regular Asian family and having his brother killed by Dae Han to randomly having been raised by Indians on a reservation.

3 is the most ridiculous but it was OFF THE CHARTS on the unintentional comedy scale. Tommy fighting the confederate army with Shooter McGavin as his sidekick!? frick yeah! Sign me up!

4 was entirely forgettable. Not bad enough to be hilarious like 3. Not good enough to be fun or memorable in any way like 2.

And the fight in the clown suit? Comedy gold.

Funny you mention that. I did not know. Until I looked at the poster and noticed they had the same last name. So, I looked it up.

The first one is the only correct answer. It should've been against N. Korea though. Now, that's a movie.
