That first pic of the Batman costume looks like one designed by the Joker. Tell me you can't see the facial lines forming what looks like a giant fricking grin.

No, that looks more like a bondage costume. This costume is based on The Dark Knight Returns. I like the classic look.

I've never read a single comic/graphic novel in my life so I'm not seriously bitching about it. I'm sure it will look cool. Just not really great photos, IMO.
Also, I looked up the Batsuit from The Dark Knight Returns. I hope he finds something a bit more high-tech if he's planning on tangling with Superman at all.
ETA: I'm not seriously bitching about it, just joking around. Although I do prefer the Batsuit from The Dark Knight or The Dark Knight Rises just based on what I've seen so far, which admittedly isn't a lot.

Not if he has Kryptonite. And I'm not gonna spoil it for you, but you should watch The Dark Knight Returns parts 1&2 the animated movies. They're great. He goes kind of high tech to compete with Supes.

That an 8 year old (or however old he was) Damian was able to kick Slade's arse. That was kind of disappointing.

Meh,
The idea/concept of Batman was never intended to exist in a universe with superpowers. I have the mindset that when Batman is placed in a Justice League type universe he changes and no longer follows the same mythos of the character. Sure the basic elements of his back story or the same.
