I have no clue WTF is going on over the past couple of episodes, so I'm just gonna throw out the theory that Fred Armisen actually succeeded in popping Barry, and this is all just a coma dream.
So you think that his pen-gun gadget worked? Not a chance. None of the gadgets that they review work (except maybe the pocket smoore heaters).

The last two episodes I've walked away just thinking "I guess I liked them." This show has been so good the entire time I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this will all come together. I'm not crazy about the idea of some of this is all in Barry's mind. Just a bit of a cheap trick. Even more so, hopefully it's not purgatory. I think most writers know how people reacted to LOST and will forever stay away from purgatory.
In season 2(?) there was the episode where you had to have some suspension of belief when they were trying to catch the little girl that was basically a Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon Ninja. Which was one of the funniest episode of the entire series. "Hey little girl, do you want some corn nuts?"
So I don't mind suspension of belief a little, which is kind of what I felt like the break in scene was. But that was a bit much.

Yeah, these last few have felt more like an epilogue. The man in black shutting the door and shouting about something we clearly didn't see her do was def jumping the shark for me (maybe not the right term). As zany as the show can get I don't remember many scenes like that.

Giving this a bump for tonight’s episode

How about noise cancelling headphones?

All the Fast and the Furious is loud.

Guessing Barry will be tasked with getting rid of Fuchs to save his family. Should be wild. The rocket scene

That’s what I’m thinking too. Which would be fantastic and exactly where we need to go at this point.

You said budget
I meant office supplies.

I still think I can time it where we get them out of the house for a nice meal before shite goes down.

“Like Wile E Coyote”
The fast and the furious argument got me good too
ETA: after a couple of weird eps that was an elite episode. I think the finale is gonna be legendary

I love that they attempt to humanize this random band of hired thugs.

Fuches’ gang and NoHo Hank were hilarious in this episode.

This episode was crazy as frick but great.
What would even be a happy ending for this show? Barry dies killing Fuches, Sally runs away and Barry’s kid is raised by Jim Moss?

A NoHo Hank spin-off!

Definitely one of my favorite parts of the show
The scene where Noho and Cristobal reveal the secret party to them had me dying laughing

The show got back to its quirky, dark comedy roots last night. The Noho Hank scenes were great and classic Barry.
However, I still have no idea what is going on with the storyline. Particularly the Sally storyline. She has an interaction with the guy she killed who is now a police officer. And Jim Moss who is a skilled interrogator just leaves Barry tied up unattended with a knife lying around?
Jim had Barry on some sort of mind altering drug. So which scenes in the past were hallucinations and which were real?
So many loose ends but I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt for a solid ending
