To be fair, I'm not saying it wouldn't have been successful, but I'm not sure we get 4 movies and about $3 billion in box office with Farley at the helm. Mike Myers did a lot for that franchise (more than just providnig a voice), and I don't want to downplay Farley or his talents, but the franchises wouldn't be comparable IMO (assuming Farley's version even got a sequel, much less three).

Looking at his IMDB, he hasn't been involved in a movie since 2010 (Shrek Ever After) and hasn't physically been in a movie since 2009 (Inglorious Basterds)
