This seems to be a list of favorite fighters rather than a kingsguard. Not only would this bunch end up murdering you and each other within a year, but there is no way you could get Khal Fing Drogo on a Kingsguard

I thought about Cregan Stark as a wildcard. Don't know much about him but Aemon "The Dragonknight" Targaryen claimed he never fought a finer swordsman.

However the kings guard spend the majority of their time on their feet. Their skill as light cavalry would not serve them well at all as a knight of the Kingsguard. It would serve as a hindrance and drogo would die and die early,

Again, if it was a "Favorite badasses" list, yours would be great. But a a Kingsguard unit, it's terrible
Very little loyalty, lots of people with outside motives and ambitions to rule. And a fricking man of many faces? What good is Jaqen H'ghar going to be as a kingsguard? His best attribute is pointless if he's running around in white cloaks all the time. He would be quite a bad arse lord of whispers however
